Exciting Announcement

I am excited to announce that I have come on board with a Golf Travel company here in the Orlando area as their new Director of Brand Management!

The position is a full time sponsorship of DaveVanz.com by Golf Quests, Inc.

Here is what I love about this company:

Imagine a golf trip where you didn’t have to do anything but show up and enjoy. (They even handle your luggage so you can walk on and off a plane with no need to stop and wait. Just show up and your bags/clubs are waiting for you at the resort)

Everything the company does is catered to the ultimate golf lifestyle. They schedule tee times, rsvp your dining and/or nightlife requests, Spa treatments, cigars/drinks, and more. Everything is exactly where you want it, the way you want it.

Some of my immediate tasks include final prepping for the debut of their new redesigned MyGolfConcierge.net and GirlfriendsGolfGetaway.com, set to launch in mid August 2011. (what you see now is the original, I will make an announcement when the new ones have launched) I will also be putting together bloggers that will be reviewing golf equipment/apparel, spas, resorts, restaurants, cigars, drinks and more.

Although the focus is golf travel, we want to provide blogs that educate and inspire today’s avid golfer.

For those of you that know me, I have never considered myself a golfer, but I am now diving in head first. Luckily, they didn’t want me for my golf skills! HA!
