I was in a leadership program 10+ ago when I was told that whatever you do wrong in front of the people your teaching/training, they will do twice as bad when it comes time for them to be on their own.
Could in fact the recent actions from Detroit Lions players kicking their opponent and shoving a ref be a direct result from Jim Schwartz losing his cool and going after Jim Harbaugh?
